SHIFT Community Cycles is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to making bicycling accessible, inclusive, and empowering for everyone. Based in Eugene, their work removes systemic barriers to cycling and uplifts historically underserved communities through hands-on education, advocacy, and outreach.
Videography
In late summer 2025, our team partnered with SHIFT to elevate their visibility and clarify their messaging across multiple platforms. We proposed a bundle of story-driven videos to showcase their role in the community and workplace culture.
The production for this project was completed within 1 filming day, and yielded 4 videos for use on both horizontal and vertical (social media) platforms. Each interview and video was crafted to communicate the heart of their work within their community, and to demonstrate their need for ongoing support.
Website & Design
Next, we worked with the leadership team to refresh their website with new video assets, graphics, and ADA compliant frontend design. The goal was to take their current website and simply update these visuals to better align with their audience and mission. The resulting website is one that utilizes the video collateral we gathered for a more engaging experience, and more inclusive design that showcases how they’re “not just another bike shop”.

SHIFT Community Cycles offers a wide range of inclusive and programming for the cycling community. Their mantra, “every body is a bike body” is reflected in their outreach work and in their classes and services for underserved communities. In each of the following videos, our goal was to convey this passion to the screen, so more lives can be changed by their mission.
