Story Squire was built specifically for nonprofits, so there isn’t a higher commercial rate for us to mark down. Our pricing is designed around nonprofit organizations from the start, with clear scopes, fixed project fees, and no surprise hourly billing.
We work hard to keep our services accessible without cutting corners on the strategy or creative quality that makes the work effective. And if you’re working within a specific budget, we’re always happy to have an honest conversation about what’s possible.

It truly depends on the scope. A single testimonial video session can turn around in a week or so, while a brand video or larger campaign typically takes several weeks. We build out a clear timeline during preproduction so there are no surprises.

We strongly value transparency and consent when it comes to nonprofit storytelling. We obtain written consent before filming, give participants space to share in their own words, and ensure the final edit is accurate and honors how they want to be represented—with dignity and respect to their experience.
