The Hero Website
Simple. Modern. Mission-Driven
Your website should work as hard as you do.
For most nonprofits, a website isn't just a digital brochure.
It's where a potential donor decides whether to give. Where someone learns about your programs for the first time. Where a volunteer figures out how to get involved. And where funders, partners, and community members go when they want to understand who you are and what you do.
But nonprofit websites have a habit of getting complicated.
Programs change. Staff turns over. New pages get added. Old information sticks around. And before long, the website that was supposed to make communication easier becomes one. more. thing. your team has to juggle.
That's where The Launchpad Website comes in.
The Launchpad Website is a done-for-you package designed specifically for nonprofits that are looking for a modern, easy to manage site. We help you step back, simplify, and rebuild your website around what your organization (and the people you serve) actually need.
Our Work
What’s Included?
-
Up to 10 Pages
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all templates because, let's face it—every nonprofit is different. We design your site around your organization's brand, content, programs, audience, and strategic goals.
-
Website Roadmap + Sitemap
But before we design anything, we figure out what the website actually needs to say and how visitors should move through it. We'll map your pages, priorities, calls to action, and overall content structure together.
-
Content Guidance + Copy Support
You shouldn't have to stare at a blank Google Doc wondering what goes on the About page. We'll use your existing website, program information, and collaborate with your team to develop a draft for your website copy and recommend how information should be organized. Your leadership team will always have final approval.
-
Complimentary Photography Session*
Your website should look like your organization, not a stock photo library or (gag) ai-generated images. Every Launchpad Website includes a 1-hour photography session to capture fresh, authentic images of your team, programs, space, or community. We'll use these images throughout your new site to help it feel distinctly and authentically yours. Plus, you’ll also have access to these assets for your other marketing needs.
*Limited to nonprofits based in Oregon. -
Mobile-Responsive Design
Most website browsing happens on a phone these days, and your website is no exception. Your Launchpad Website will be designed to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile so supporters can easily find what they need regardless of how they arrive.
-
Donation + Integration Setup
Whether you're connecting a donation platform, newsletter signup, CRM, event registration, or another important tool, we'll help integrate the systems your organization relies on.
-
Basic SEO Setup
As part of our copywriting process, we'll establish the fundamentals that help search engines understand your website, including page structure, titles, descriptions, and other foundational SEO elements.
-
Training + Handoff
We know changes can happen fast. That’s why we want to empower your team with the training and skills you need to make updates, announcements, and share your fundraising wins on your website. No more calling the developer to add a new banner, or paying a developer to update Wordpress plugins.
Squarespace. Wix. Whatever.
Built on a platform that works for your team.
We're not interested in forcing every nonprofit onto the same platform. Depending on your organization's needs, integrations, internal capacity, and existing systems, we'll build your Launchpad website using Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress.
The goal isn't to put you on the fanciest platform with all the bells and whistles. It's to put you on the one your team can actually use and is easy to manage.
Putting your team in the driver’s seat.
No ongoing maintenance fees. Just a site that works.
We believe you should have complete autonomy over your website. This part matters to us.
Nonprofits are too often handed websites they can't comfortably update themselves. Every staff change, new program, event, or campaign becomes another invoice.
We don't think that's necessary for most nonprofits.
Launchpad is designed with your team's independence in mind: limited custom code, easy-to-manage plugins, and systems your organization can realistically grow with. When the website launches, it's yours. We’ll arm you with the training you need to confidently handle all of the day-to-day updates and monthly campaigns.
...Of course, we're still here when you need us.
One website. One straightforward price.

Working Together
-
01 — Start with a conversation
Tell us what's working, what's not, and what you'd like your website to do better.
-
02 — Build the roadmap
We'll map your website, organize the content, identify priorities, and establish a clear direction before design begins.
-
03 — Design + Build
We turn the roadmap into your new website, working with your team at key milestones to gather feedback and keep things moving.
-
04 — Review + Refine
We'll test the site, make final revisions, and make sure everything is ready for your audience.
-
05 — Launch + Handoff
Your new website goes live. We'll train your team on how to do day-to-day updates, troubleshoot design changes, and hand over the keys.
Then you get back to your mission.
If your organization has outgrown its current website, let's talk.
Ready for a website that actually supports your work?
We'll start with a conversation about where you're at, what isn't working, and whether Launchpad is the right fit.
